  • Cancellations to online registrations must be completed no later than midnight on the stated deadline, or you will incur fee for attendance. 
  • Full refunds will be issued for timely cancellations.
  • Payment must be received by midnight on the stated deadline or your registration will be cancelled.
  • Reservations are transferable, but member/non-member pricing will apply to transferred registrations. 
  • Non-payment of registration fees will prevent registration/attendance at future events until paid in full.
