Cancellations to online registrations should be made online prior to January 24, 2011.  Confirm receipt of cancellation via email to Linda Nottestad. 

Payments may be made by credit card or PayPal online at the time of registration, or via check payment to:
SFPA, Attn: Education Chair, P.O. Box 31-0745, Miami, FL 33231-0745.  Checks may also be accepted at the door with prior reservations.

SFPA reserves the right to cancel this event at any time without further notice.

If you need to cancel your registration, we must receive notice in writing via email by noon on Jan 24, 2011, or you will incur the fee for attendance.  Full refunds will be issued for timely cancellations.  Payment must be received by the day of the event, or payment at the door will be expected.  Reservations are transferable, but member/non-member pricing will apply to transferred registrations. Non-payment of registration fees will prevent registration/attendance at future events until paid in full. 

Attention Active Members: Reservations must be made prior to Jan 24, 2011 to receive the special discounted rate of $15.00; otherwise walk-in/non-member rate applies.

Available space cannot be guaranteed without registration, therefore walk-ins are accepted on a space-available basis only. NALA has approved 1.0 Ethics CLE credit hours for this seminar.
