Payments may be made by credit card or PayPal online, or check payments may be mailed to: SFPA, Attn: Treasurer, P.O. Box 31-0745, Miami, FL 33231-0745. Checks are accepted at the door with prior reservations, but payment must be received by the date of event.
Cancellations to online registrations must be recieved no later than 5 p.m. on July 13, 2011, or you will incur fee for attendance. Full refunds will be issued for timely cancellations. Payment must be received by the day of the event, or payment at the door will be expected. Reservations are transferable, but member/non-member pricing will apply to transferred registrations. Non-payment of registration fees will prevent registration/attendance at future events until paid in full.
