Cancellations to registrations must be recieved no later than midnight on October 10, 2011, for a refund. Full refunds will only be issued for timely cancellations. Registrations unpaid by October 10, 2011 will be cancelled. Reservations are transferable, but member/non-member pricing will apply to transferred registrations. Non-payment of past event registration fees will prevent registration/attendance at future events until paid in full.
