Valerie M. Jackson is a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She is a trial lawyer and has handled all types of civil cases, including complex commercial litigation and transactions, personal injury, premises liability, tort litigation and insurance coverage disputes (first and third party) and bad faith claims. Ms. Jackson also advises clients on bad faith avoidance techniques and pre-litigation strategies.
