Paralegals and the Law of Love: Navigating Family Law and Domestic Relations
Speaker: Ronald Kauffman, Esq.
Ronald H. Kauffman is a board certified expert in marital and family law by the Florida Bar. He has practiced law in Florida since 1993, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992. He works with clients in Miami-Dade County, Broward County and throughout South Florida.
In this webinar, Mr. Kauffman will provide an overview of the major substantive areas of family law, such as child custody and time sharing, equitable distribution, alimony, and child support. He will explain the important role paralegals play in the balance of communication with parties, clients, courts and lawyers, and will discuss the ethical issues involved with communicating in family law cases.
