Gender Equality and the Paralegal's Role in Employment Law

Melissa Caballero Alton, Esq. is a first generation Cuban-American that focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She attended Florida State University where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications, and returned to South Florida for law school and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law.
In this webinar, Caballero Alton will explore the important role paralegals play in understanding and advocating for gender equality in the workplace. She will address issues of gender discrimination and will provide practical tips for paralegals on how they can advocate for gender equality in their own careers.
